Who runs RebelLink
Written by a founder who runs a US LLC from India
RebelLink is run by Jingyansu Choudhury, an entrepreneur based in India. He runs his own US LLC and has gone through the same steps this site covers: choosing a state, appointing a registered agent, getting an EIN without an SSN, and opening a US business bank account as a non-resident.
That is the reader we write for: Indian and other non-US founders, Amazon and Shopify sellers, and freelancers who need a US entity and don’t want to overpay or miss a filing.
