Copy the access key ID and the secret access key in a notepad. You can also delete any user if you want.

After creating the user you have to create a bucket on the S3 storage, go back to the AWS Management Console and search S3 then create a bucket. Enter the bucket name which must be a unique name and click next where you will see the bucket properties then click on next to uncheck all the options to allow all the public access to your bucket.
